First of all, there isn’t correct number or email address in the website. We had to find the number from credit card company.
I paid $80 for the Doppler and the box, but I ceased not able to get the box because they never gave me the instructions to get the free box from different website. I thought the bow would be delivered together with the Doppler but it’s not. They would give me a code or something for free first box. So tricky and I hate this shipping. I still use the Doppler but it doesn’t work as I expected.
I paid almost $100 for a fetal doppler that doesn't read the heartbeat correctly. I can clearly hear the baby's heartbeat but the screen either doesn't show a number or the number is low. The biggest disappointment is that I was promised a free baby box with my order and it never came! I emailed customer service with a screenshot of the baby box deal that was posted on their website and they never got back to me. My daughter in law and son loved it and delivery was fast. They are first time parents and this has given them great reassurance being able to check in on the little one and the rest of the family can share in the experience of hearing her heart beat! This new Grandma loves it and so do they!
